Delivery and return

Delivery

We deliver hot tubs by our own or our partners’ transport to the location specified by the customer.
Unloading assistance must be arranged prior to delivery.
Hot tubs are delivered within 2-15 working days, in case of high availability the delivery time may be extended by 5 working days.
Upon receipt of the product, please inspect it with the person who delivered it.

Returns

1. The buyer of Lavatubs.lt.lt shall have the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the goods within 14 (fourteen) days if they have not been used, damaged or their appearance has not changed substantially, that is, the appearance of the goods or their packaging has been altered only to such extent as is necessary for the inspection of the goods received. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original packaging in good working order, including all parts. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
2. After returning the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods caused by actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.
3. Goods may be returned by contacting the contact details indicated on the website Lavatubs.lt.
4. After receiving the returned goods and assessing its quality, the Seller, within 14 days of the return of the goods, shall refund to the buyer the money paid for the product and the cost of delivery. If only part of the Goods are returned, the delivery costs are not refunded. They are refundable if all the goods ordered are returned.
5. The goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. The VAT invoice and the order number must be provided at the time of return.
6. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the product is not complete, the seller will not accept the return.
7. Goods that are made to order cannot be returned.
